(For example, if there was a survey conducted for the prior year, explain the methodology. For the projections, <br />what are they based upon and how is that basis justified?) <br />Prior Year Paid There WILL BE a survey conducted for the "prior year" which has yet to happen. <br />Overnight's Stay Our survey questions are detailed above. <br />Response* We are reporting what we know, for sure, three weeks before the WindFall <br />happens, and trying to be honest with the way we are extrapolating information to <br />include for 2019. <br />The projections come from using the information provided for ticket sales, and <br />distance traveled. <br />It is unfortunate timing, the grant due date and the event happening date coming in <br />the wrong order. <br />We expect to be able to report more fully at the personal presentations in <br />November.
