HH -2018-001 <br />III REPORTING <br />*For each Quarterly Report, the agency will use the standardized reporting form <br />developed by the Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee. <br />Quarterly Reports are due on the following: <br />April 15, 2018 <br />July 15, 2018 <br />October 15, 2018 <br />January 15, 2019 (Only for contracts lasting longer than one year.) <br />Please provide a brief description of work paid for by County funds and total amount of <br />County funds expended per reporting period. <br />Agencies may report information beyond the standard reporting form if desired. <br />Please send an electronic copy of each report to: <br />Kittitas County Homeless and Affordable Housing Committee <br />Debbie Myers, Kittitas County Board of Commissioners office <br />Kittitas County Auditor's Office, Judy Pless <br />*Reporting requirements may be amended by the Committee so that appropriate data can <br />be gathered. <br />Homeless Housing Grant Agreement <br />Revised 11/2017 Page 10 of 10 <br />
