Phase II Scoping. Based on progress in Phase 1, conduct scoping and budgeting for Phase 2 whereby submission <br />to the Planning Commission for acceptance is envisioned . Phase II would likely include additional updates to the <br />draft CAO amendments based on i nput from the public involvement process, as agreed in discuss io n with <br />County planning staff and, ultimat ely, submission to the Planning Commission for accep t ance.
