23. Prescheduled Leave. The Contracting Attorney will provide a Not ice of Unavai labilit y for pre- <br />sc heduled vacation, trainings and other leave. The Contracting Attorney will be re sponsible to <br />provide alternate coverage or agreed upon orders of continuance with ap propri ate waivers <br />pursuant to CrRLJ 3.3. When alternate coverage is neces sary, the covering attorney may bill the <br />court in the amount of $225 .00 for said co verage for the court calendar (per day/not case). <br />24. Entire Agreement.
