No notice of nonrenewa l will be sent to the Named Insured if: <br />(1) We provide written notice of our willingness to renew this Po li cy, in cl uding a statement of the <br />amount of the premium or portion thereof required to be pa id, to the Named Insured eith er <br />directly or through the Named Insured's authorized representative, if any, at least twenty <br />(20) days prior to the expiration of the Pol icy, and the Named Insured fa ils to d ischarge the <br />payment when due; <br />(2) Toe Named Insured has procured equ ivalent coverage prior to expiration of the Po li cy term ; <br />or, <br />(3) Toe Policy is evidenced by a written binder conta ining a clearly stated expiration date which <br />has expired by its terms. <br />g. Whenever a notice of cancellation or renewa l of this Policy is provided to the Named Insured, a <br />copy of such notice shall be provided to the Named lnsured's authorized producer or agent, if any, <br />within five (5) working days.
