PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />ATTACHMENT B. <br />COMPENSATION <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNTIL THE CONTRACTOR <br />SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9 (SEE ATTACHMENT "F") <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work described in Attachment "A", the County shall <br />pay to the Contractor compensation not to exceed $35,400. <br />The Contractor shall submit monthly invoices to the County Project Manager listed on page 1 of this <br />Agreement. The Contractor shall submit with each monthly invoice a written progress report to the County <br />Project Manager. The progress reports shall include, at a minimum, the following: any problems, delays or <br />adverse conditions which will materially affect the Contractor's ability to meet project objectives or time <br />schedules together with a statement of action taken or proposed to resolve the situation. Reports shall also <br />include recommendations for changes to the Scope of Work, if any.
