VII. AMENDMENTS: <br />A. The bylaws may be amended at a regular meeting of the DDAC provided that: <br />1. Proposed amendments have been read at one meeting prior to voting; <br />2. Proposed amendments have been submitted in writing to the members of the Committee <br />prior to the first reading; and <br />S. A simple majority of the members of the Committee vote in favor of implementation of any <br />amendment. <br />B.
