23. Prescheduled Leave. The Contracting Attorney will provide a Notice of Unavailability for pre - <br />scheduled vacation, trainings and other leave. The Contracting Attorney will be responsible to <br />provide alternate coverage or agreed upon orders of continuance with appropriate waivers <br />pursuant to CrRLJ 3.3. When alternate coverage is necessary, the covering attorney may bill the <br />court in the amount of $225.00 for said coverage for the court calendar (per day/not case). <br />24. Entire Agreement.
