No notice of nonrenewal will be sent to the Named Insured if: <br />(1) We provide written notice of our willingness to renew this Policy, including a statement of the <br />amount of the premium or portion thereof required to be paid, to the Named Insured either <br />directly or through the Named Insured's authorized representative, if any, at least twenty <br />(20) days prior to the expiration of the Policy, and the Named Insured fails to discharge the <br />payment when due; <br />(2) The Named Insured has procured equivalent coverage prior to expiration of the Policy term; <br />or, <br />(3) The Policy is evidenced by a written binder containing a clearly stated expiration date which <br />has expired by its terms. <br />g. Whenever a notice of cancellation or renewal of this Policy is provided to the Named Insured, a <br />copy of such notice shall be provided to the Named Insured's authorized producer or agent, if any, <br />within five (5) working days. Whenever possible, the copy to the Named Insured's authorized <br />producer or agent, if any, shall be provided electronically. <br />All other terms and conditions of the Policy remain unchanged. <br />ATY-9001-WA-0116 Page 2 of 2 © 2016 Attorney Protective.
