Puget Sound Leverage community assets and strengths to take <br />overflow charge of our future rather than allow the <br />communitv to develop to meet Puoet Sound's needs. <br />Use of data to drive decisions is essential. EBDA has a contract with the state to provide <br />up to date economic data at the city level. EBDA might also want to consider <br />perfom1ing a cell phone survey. <br />An action plan would be created for each Individual recommendation with <br />implementation details; a sample format follows. <br />Do we want to Include the opportunity to become .-~ oommunlty recognized by the state <br />as economically distressed and therefore eligible for assistance?
