KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />RESOLUTION NO._2018-Iv/ {t_\ <br />A Resolution for the levying certification for the County Road <br />for municipal purposes of Kittitas County, Washington for the year 2019 according <br />to the assessed valuation as determined in the year 2018. <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has met and considered its budget for <br />the calendar year 2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners, after hearing and after duly <br />considering all releva nt evidence a nd testimony presented, and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, in accorda nc e with RCW 84 .52.020, the Board of County <br />Commiss ione rs for Kittitas County, do hereby certify that the following levy amounts be coll ecte d in 2019 as <br />provided in the County's budget, which was adopted following a public hearing held on December 3rd 2018: <br />County Road $5,500,000 <br />NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Board of County Commissioners does hereby authorlze a <br />County Road Diversion to the General Fun d in the amount of $220,000 and a levy sh iftfrom County Road to <br />the General Fund In the amount of $890,097. <br />DATED, this 4th day of December 2018. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />~~J1;:.t1CS C TY, WASHINGTON <br />\ <br />~=----------- <br />Commissioner
