This can be done outside this contract. We have modified the <br />language in this section in the event of a breach by BFHD, to comply with the HIPAA laws as promulgated by the <br />appropriate RCWs. <br />4.40-Termination: A Termination for Convenience provision for BFHD has been added. Additionally, any termination <br />should not affect the reimbursement of work done prior to receiving the notice when it was done under an existing <br />contract. <br />Other Notes: <br />Privacy Breach Insurance Coverage requirements: BFHD is in favor of the Privacy Breach Insurance Coverage elements, <br />and we are currently exploring those with Enduris at this time. BFHD will provide more information as soon as it is <br />available.
