BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS  <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS   <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON  <br />  <br />RESOLUTION  <br />NO. 2019‐_______  <br />  <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN’S SIGNATURE ON A   <br />CONSOLIDATED COMMUNICATIONS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT  <br />  <br />WHEREAS,  pursuant to Resolution No. R‐2018‐140, the Board of County Commissioners,                        <br />awarded the bid for VOIP services to Ednetics; and  <br />WHEREAS,  with the implementation of VOIP services, the number of analog phone lines necessary to  <br />conduct county business has been reduced; and  <br />WHEREAS,  the Customer Service Agreement detailing the terms and conditions surrounding the  <br />services to be provided has been reviewed and approved and is attached hereto and  <br />incorporated by reference; and  <br />WHEREAS,  authorization is required by the Board of County of Commissioners before services can be  <br />provided;   <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County,  <br />Washington, hereby authorizes execution of the Customer Services Agreement with  <br />Consolidated Communications.   <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2019, at Ellensburg, Washington.  <br />  <br />    BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS  <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON  <br />    <br />  <br />    Cory Wright, Chairman  <br />    <br />  <br />Attest:    Brett Wachsmith, Vice‐Chairman  <br />    <br />  <br />☐ Clerk of the Board, Julie Kjorsvik  <br />☐ Deputy Clerk of the Board, Mandy Buchholz  <br />  Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner  <br />
