Debt Service Fund excess property tax levy to the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, and the Superintendent of Educational Service District 105. <br />Section 3. Prior Certification of General Eund an d Capital Projects Fund Excess <br />Property Tax Levies Remain Unchanged . The excess property taxes to be levied in year 2018 and <br />collected in year 2019 for the District's General Fund and Capital Projects Fund previously certified in <br />Resolution No. 01.10.18 and filed with the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, and the Superintendent of Educational Service District 105 on November 9, 2018 remain <br />unchanged. <br />Section 4. General Authorization and Ratification. The Secretary to the Board, the <br />President of the Board, the District's Executive Director of Business Services and other appropriate <br />officers of the District are authorized to take all other actions and execute all other documents <br />necessary to effectuate the provisions of this resolution. All prior actions taken in furtherance of and <br />not inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are ratified and confimied in all respects. <br />Section 5. Effective Date.
