BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THORP SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 400, KITTITAS COUNTY WASHINGTON, as follows: ec li o.n 1. :Fin din s an d D e tenni na tiou s . The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Thorp School District No. 400, Kittitas County, Washington (the "District") takes note of the ' following facts and makes the following findings and determinations: (a) By Resolutions No. 17-15 the Board adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 2018-19 (the "2018-19 Budget") that included certified General Fund educational programs and operation excess property taxes in the amount of $411,867 to be levied in 2018 and collected in 2019. The Board has determined that the amount of the District's General Fund educational programs and operation excess tax levy previously certified in the 2018-19 Budget of $411,867 should now be increased to $776,867. Pursuant to RCW 82.54.020, the Board certifies to the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington and the Superintendent of Educational Service District 105 an excess property tax levy in the amount of $776,867 to be levied in calendar year 2018 and collected in calendar year 2019 for the District's General Fund. The Assessor of Kittitas County, Washington is authorized and directed, without further Board action, to reduce the eneral un d excess property tax levy amount to be extended upon the tax rolls and collected in calendar year 2019 to be consistent with the limitations imposed by RCW 84.52.0531. The Secretary to the Board, the Chair of the Board, the District's Business manager and other appropriate officers of the district are authorized to take all other actions and execute all other documents necessary to effectuate the provisions of this resolution, and all prior actions taken in furtherance of and not inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are ratified and confirmed in all respects. ecti o1l 4 . ffoclive D a te.
