Venue for any legal action related to the performance or <br />interpretation of this Contract shall be in the Superior Court in Thurston County, Washington. <br />Section 7.6 Scope of Contract. This Contract and any appendices or exhibits to it incorporate <br />all the contracts, covenants, and understandings between the parties . No prior contract or <br />understandings, verbal or otherwise, of the parties or their agents shall be valid or enforceable <br />unless embodied in this Contract. This Contract shall not be altered, changed, or amended <br />except by mutual consent of the parties in writing. <br />Section 7.7 Compliance withApplkable Laws. The parties agree at all times during the <br />performance of their obligations of this Contract to strictly adhere to all applicable federal and <br />state laws and regulations. <br />Section 7.8 Audit. At no additional cost, all records relating to the Contractor's performance <br />under this Contract shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection, review, and audit by <br />the Deparbnent, the Office of the State Auditor, and federal and state officials so authorized by <br />law, in order to monitor and evaluate performance, compliance, and quality assurance under <br />this Contract. The Contractor shall provide access to its facilities for this purpose.
