8. Shorelines <br />1. Any change to the scope of the project that would involve any structural encroachment <br />within 200 feet of a Shoreline of the State, shall require additional permitting through <br />Kittitas County CDS. <br />9. Kittitas County Department of Public Works <br />1. Grading Permit: A grading permit may be required for any fill/excavation work exceeding <br />100 cubic yards of material. <br />2. Right -of -Way; All construction within County Right -of -Way (ROW), specifically <br />Huntzinger Road, will require a right -of way permit. <br />3. Franchise Agreement: If construction of the transmission line necessitates use of County <br />ROA, a franchise agreement will be required. <br />4. Haul Agreement:.
