Section 4.. Transmittal to Auditor. A certified copy of this Ordinance shall be transmitted to the Kittitas County Assessor's Office and to the Clerk of the Kittitas County Commissioners, and such other governmental agencies as provided by law. Section 5. Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance should be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance. Section d. Corrections. Upon the approval of the City Attorney, the City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but not limited to, the correction of scrivener's errors, references, ordinance numbering, section/subsection numbers and any references thereto. Section 7. Effective Date. This ordinance, being an exercise of a power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof consisting of the title.
