Also to amend the <br />use tables in KCC 17.15 to <br />allow "Explosives, storage and <br />manufacture" use as a CUP in <br />various zones and to remove the <br />footnote regarding explosives <br />from the "manufacturing" use <br />in the use tables. <br />18-01 Kittitas County Proposal: <br />Amend KCC 14.05.060 related to driveway construction exemption from grading permit, <br />Exhibit A. <br />The amendment would amend an existing exemption from a grading permit to allow driveway <br />construction to be built by a licensed grading contractor with Kittitas County Public Works oversite. <br />This does not allow an exception for work in geologically unstable areas. <br />The Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on December 4, 2018 and, by a 3-0 vote, <br />approved the proposal as proposed finding that: <br />I.
