BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendment to KCC ISA.03.045, removing the requirement for an <br />extension fee, as shown in Exhibit B. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC lSA.01.040 and KCC ISA Table A authorizing the <br />Hearing Examiner to make final land use decisions, as shown in Exhibit C. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to KCC Title 16 reducing the number of required paper <br />copies for preliminary plats, clarify preliminary plat expiration language, and clarify time period for <br />certificate of title, as shown in Exhibit D. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to definitions, land use tables and standards in KCC Title <br />17, as shown in Exhibit E. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby denies amendment to KCC 17.15.080 regarding exception for raising of swine in <br />Urban Growth Areas. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendment to KCC 18.02.010(2)(d) allowing Kittitas County to record <br />a notice to title against properties that have code violation where progress has not been made toward <br />compliance and abatement, as shown in Exhibit F . <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map, as shown in <br />Exhibit G. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves map amendment for a non-project rezone within the City of Ellensburg <br />Urban Growth Area from urban residential to forest and range, as shown in Exhibit H. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of Kittitas County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves amendments to definitions and land use tables in KCC Title 17 <br />regarding "explosives", as shown in Exhibit I. <br />NOW, BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />deliberation, hereby approves the adoption of the 2018 Amendments to the Kittitas County Code as <br />shown in Exhibits A through I attached hereto and incorporated by reference. Information Services is <br />hereby directed to make these changes to the regulations on the County website.
