Good Samaritan services rendered in an emergency and for which no payment is demanded or received. <br />Profesalonal health care aervlces means any health care services or the related furnishing of food, <br />beverages, medical supplies or appliances by the following providers in their capacity as such but solely to <br />the extent they are duly licensed as required: <br />a. Physician; <br />b. Nurse; <br />c. Nurse practitioner; <br />d. Emergency medical technician; <br />•• Paramedic; <br />f. Dentist; <br />g. Physical therapist; <br />h. Psychologist; <br />I. Speech therapist; <br />J. Other allied health professional; or <br />Professional health care services does not include any services rendered In connection with human clinical <br />trials or product testing. <br />ii. delete the definition of occurrence and replace It with the following: <br />Occurrence means a health care lnctdent.
