BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - <br />CLASSIFY AND DESIGNATE °GLUM, WHITE, WINCH, BUENA VIEW AND <br />LANNIGAN SPRINGS ROAD(S)" WITHIN THE LANNIGAN SPRINGS SUBDIVISION <br />AS BEING "PRIMITIVE ROADS" <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners recently established all <br />internal roadways serving Lannigan Springs Subdivision as public rights of way; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works now desires setting the discretionary maintenance for the Lannigan <br />Springs Subdivision roadway network; and <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners may establish roads as <br />"Primitive" pursuant to Revised Code of Washington 36.75.300; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby classify and designate: "Lum, White, Winch, Buena <br />View and Lannigan Spring Roads" as being "Primitive" pursuant to RCW 36.75.300. <br />DATED this 18th day of December, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Obie O'Brien, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
