Vantage to Pomona Heights Chapter 3 <br />230 kV Transmission Line Project FEIS Affected Environment <br /> PAGE 3-199 <br />Based on the identification of potentially sensitive viewpoints and the sensitivity analysis, KOPs were <br />selected based on representative views from highly or moderately sensitive viewing locations, such <br />residential concentrations, roadways, or important recreation area. KOPs were selected that represent <br />typical views from sensitive areas. KOPs were used for contrast analysis and for the identification of <br />potential photo simulations. A total of five were selected for the development of visual simulations (see <br />Appendix C-4).
