EIS Adoption <br />Pursuant to WAC 197-11 -600(4), Kittitas County CDS <br />adopted the FEIS published in October 2016 for all <br />necessary permits related to the Vantage to Pomona <br />project. <br />On October 16, 2018 Kittitas County CDS noticed <br />adoption of the Vantage to Pomona EIS along with <br />notice of this hearing (Index #30). <br />Index # 37
