Project Description <br />•The project would span 27.6 miles through Kittitas County <br />traversing 78% federal land, 22% private land and mostly <br />within or adjacent to existing utility ROW corridors. <br />• The transmission line enters Kittitas County from the Yakima <br />border between SR-821 and I-82 heading north. The line would <br />shift slightly east toward the border of Badger Pocket. From <br />there the transmission line travels east eventually crossing the <br />Columbia River about 5.6 miles south of the Vantage Bridge. <br />•Index #12 outlines the path in a series of segmented maps. <br />Index # 37
