All such records and all other records pertinent to this Agreement and work <br />undertaken pursuant to this Agreement shall be retained by the parties for a period of six <br />years after the final expiration date of this Agreement or any amendments hereto, unless a <br />longer period is required to resolve audit, findings or litigation.
