Article XVI ~ Debarment and Suspension <br />Recipients are subject to the non-proGUrement debarment and suspension regulations implementing Executive Orders (E.O.) <br />J 25 <br />_49 and, 126DR, and 2 C, F. R. Recipients must cooperate with any compliance reviews or compliance investigations conducted by OHS. <br />2.
