Exhibit III <br />City of Cle Elum Comprehensive Land Use Plan 2006 <br />& Ac&e Parks <br />is a proposed 106 arc equesitrian facility located in the <br />bullfrog Flats. lyre park is designed to be the promme equestrian fhdlity in Washi <br />Stave drawing competitors, altowman and tourists from the Greater Pacific Northwest and <br />the Canadian province of British Columbia. As it regional show and competition facility, <br />the horse pmk will accommodate large scale regional events such as the Arabian and <br />Quarter Hom Shcwvs, The North Amm- can Young Riders program, Dressage and World <br />Cup C ompetiti ma The facility is proposed to have a 200 by 300 foot covered at an <br />113 by 300 foot open arena, suing for over 1.000 spec tors, a polo field, suss county <br />compeWon course, 400 stalls (located in 8 -separate bassi and the required appurtanant <br />mal support fac'rlitlea to mvice the horse Park. <br />is a community park located between the Cie Elum "wye" and the Coal <br />Mines Trallind. The park derives its ane from the large American flag that has been <br />traditionally flown here to welenme visitors to Cie Elm and as a reminder to its resident; <br />of Cie Mum's treMon of duty and smiee to Arnerka.
