Request for Qualifications <br />Employment and Day Program Services <br /> <br /> <br />2018 Kittitas County RFQ 10 <br />Contractor’s staff-time expended on eating-out activities with the customer, if not <br />identified within the customer’s Service Plan shall not be reimbursed by the County. <br />o Shopping and movies are not permitted. Activities conducted at a store or shopping mall shall <br />be identified within the customer’s Service Plan. If store and shopping mall activities are not <br />identified within the Service Plan, the Contractor’s staff-time expended in the activities shall <br />not be reimbursed by the County. <br />o Community Access services will focus on activities that are typically experienced by <br />the general public. Support to participate in segregated activities will not be <br />reimbursed. <br />o A client receiving Community Access services will not receive employment support <br />simultaneously. <br />• A client receiving Community Access services may at any time choose to pursue work and to receive <br />employment support. <br />• The Payment rates and terms are in compliance with DDA requirements and will be outlined in the <br />contract. Service Rate as of 1/1/17: <br />o Community Access: The hourly rate is $32.00. <br /> <br />
