AMENDMENT 2 TO THE <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />BElWEENTHE <br />CITY OF ELLENSBURG <br />AND <br />A oo J17&'-O0 <br />KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE <br />RELATING TO: Tourism Promotions Ag,-ment <br />THIS SECOND AMENDMENT!O THE January 1, 2017 AGREEMEt-rr Is made and <br />entered into this tzi!f-· day of ~.c..~'--, 2018, by and between THE <br />CITY OF ELLENSBURG (hereinafter called the "CITY") and KlmTAS COUN1Y CHAMBER <br />OF COMMERCE (hereinafter called the 11 CONSUL TANT"). <br />WHEREAS, the CITY entered Into an AGREEMENT with the CONSUL TANT on January <br />1. 2017, f'theAGREEMENT"); and <br />WHEREAS, the City entered Into AMENDMENT 1 to the AGREEMENT with consultant on <br />March 6, 2018; and <br />WHER~S, the CITY desires to amend the AGREEMENT to amend the Scope of Work <br />and Maxtmum Compensation; and <br />WHEREAS, Section C.4 of the AGREEMENT provides that the terms of the AGREEMENT <br />may be changed by execution of an amendment signed by the parties; <br />NOW, THEREFORE.
