Goth parties agree that In fulfilling the terms and conditions of this agreement, <br />that neither shall discriminate 00 the basis of race, fid, color, natlonal origin, <br />ages sex, Mark status, or the presence of a phyaical, sensory or marital <br />handicap. <br />B. This agreement is a contract for services. The Chamber remains a private <br />nonprofit assookWon of business and professional people, and the Chamber's <br />soceptance of this contract does not result In Chamber membership, or <br />convey the benefits of Chamber membership, to norc-members. <br />7. The Chamber's membership directory, web page, displays and other <br />Chamber referral services remain the property of the Chamber and its <br />members, acid listing is at the discretion of the Chamber. <br />B. The term of this contract shall be for two (2) years, from January 1, 2017 <br />through DaQember 31, 201 a. <br />9.
