A. Ohambel s hliaatlons. The Chamber agrees to.provide the following services and <br />engage in the following activities in support of the Ellensburg tourism development <br />effort: <br />i. Visitor Information Center <br />a. Establish, operate and mairtitalh a Visitor Information Center for the <br />Purpose of <br />1. greeting visitors, <br />li. displaying promotional broc hurep, <br />ili. offering assistance, and <br />IV, answering requests for tourism and visitor informatim. <br />b. Operate the Visitor Information Centar Monday -Friday from B a.m. to 3 <br />p.m., to include 80uidayrs between the hours of ID a.m. and 2 p.m., and <br />Sundays between the hours of 10 a.m. end 4 p.m. during Me months of <br />.lane, July, August, and September through Saturday of Labor bay. <br />Weekend. <br />c. Ensure that Chamber personnel and Volunteers rebeiVe regulai visitor <br />Information tralhing. <br />d. Maintain a yeamund toll free number for tourism Information. <br />2. Website Maintenance <br />a. Maintain a public web site that promoter; Ellensburg tourism and provides <br />Information for visitors. , <br />b. Track web site traffie statistics Including, but not limited to, page views, <br />pni'que visitors, search terms, entry and exit pages. 1 <br />3. Collateml Materials <br />a. Develop prametional materials <br />i. Brochures <br />II. Maps <br />iii. Press Fits <br />Iv. Video *lips <br />v; Photo library <br />b. Distribute Ellensburg tourism information and literature in Ellensburg <br />and In otheir markets. <br />c. Maintain stock and periodically review the effectiveness of Ellensburg <br />ra6ks and rack locations. <br />4. Marketing and Advertising <br />a. Administer and oversee Ellensburg tourism promotion efforts to promote <br />the City's events, attractions, facilitles, and destination downtown, <br />including <br />L marketing campaigns, <br />li. advertising, <br />iii, brochures, <br />iv. solicitation of conventions and meetings, <br />v. par idpatlon In trade shows, and <br />z <br />Tourism Promotions Agreement 88- <br />
