Use of the Service to impersonate another person, send bulk unsolicited messages, use data mining <br />techniques, or other automated devices or prog rams to catalog, download, store, or otherwise <br />re produce or di stribu te Information from Ed netics or use any automated means to manipu late the <br />service; or <br />d. Use the Ser vice for tra nsmitting or recei v i ng any communication or material of any kind w hich <br />would constitute a criminal offe nse, give rise to a civil l iability, or otherwise violate and applicable <br />local, state, nat;ional or internationa l law or encou rage co nduct that wou ld constitute a criminal <br />offense, give rise to a civil liabi li ty, or otherwise. violate any applicable loca l, state, nationa l or <br />international law. <br />5. Ri gh t of Termination. Ednetics reserves the right to terminate the Se rvice im medi ately and without <br />adva nce notice if Eonetics, in its sole disc retio n, believes that Cu stomer has viol ated any of the above <br />restrictions. <br />6. Theft of Service. Customer may not use or obtain the Service in any manner that avoids Ednetics policies <br />and procedures, includi ng an illegal or improper manner. Customer will notify Ednetics immediately in <br />writing if Gustomer be li eves t he Service is stolen, used fraudl:llent ly, or otherwise being osed in an <br />unauthorized manner. If Custo mer notifies Ednet ics of one of the·se events, Customer must provide an <br />account number and a detailed description of the circumstances of the theft, fraudulent use, or <br />unauthorized use of the Service. <br />7. Revi si o ns t o t hi s Ac<,e ptable Use Poli cy. Ednetk:s res erves the ri ght t o rev ise, amend, or modify this AUP <br />at any t i me in any manner. Any revision, amer:1dment, or modificatio n wi ll be effective ten (1 0) d ays after <br />Ednetics publi shes such re v ision, amendment, or m od ification. Your continued use of our Services after <br />such revision, amendment, or modification , sha ll co nstitute yo ur acc eptan ce of the modificat ions to the <br />AUP.
