Upon -conclusion of any such investigation, take 1:1-ppropriate attionand/or make <br />appropriate.recommendAtions on ~ension or tennination of the LEA to the LESO. <br />States/J'erritories, acting on behalf of their Governor, may revoke or terminate their <br />concurrence for LEA participation in the LESO Program at any time and for any reason. <br />8) Request that the LESO suspend or terminate a LEA from the LESO Program if a LEA <br />fails to comply with any term of this M0A, the DLA Instructio ns and Manuals regarding <br />the LESO Program, any Federal statute or regulation, or._t)le SP0. <br />9) Implement State level LEA suspensions and notify the LESO if a LEA fails to comply <br />with any tenn of this MOA, the DLA Instructions and Manuals regarding the LESO <br />Program, any Federal statute or regulation, or the SP0. <br />10) Initiate corrective action to rectify suspensions and/or tenninations 1,laced upon the <br />State for fai lure to mee t the terms and conditions of the LESO Program. <br />11) Make contact (un.ti,l resolved) with suspendedLEA(s) within his/her State to ensure <br />correcti ve actions are rectified by the timeframe provided by the LBSO. <br />12) Require-tbe· LEAs fo complete and submit results regatding all completed police <br />investigations and/or reports regarding LSD DLA LESO Program prope1ty.
