BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON WATERSHED SCIENCE AND <br />ENGINEERING TASK ORDER NO. 7 — REECER CREEK FEMA FLOOD HAZARD <br />ANALYSIS AND MAPPING <br />WHEREAS: Public Works has received a grant from the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency supporting flood hazard analysis and mapping for approximately seven <br />(7) miles of Reecer Creek; and <br />WHEREAS: Watershed Science and Engineering (WSE) is an approved professional service <br />provider selected from an open solicitation and master contract award process in <br />2017; and <br />WHEREAS: WSE has a Task Order requested by Public Works supporting the FEMA grant <br />award; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on WSE Task Order No. <br />7; Reecer Creek FEMA Flood Hazard Analysis and Mapping. <br />DATED this 16th day of October, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Obie O'Brien, Vice -Chairman <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />
