** TERMINATION OF LEASE** <br />This Termination of Lease is made and dated this day of , 2018, by and <br />between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor, <br />and WILLIAM R. PACE, III, hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease on November 2, 1993, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />That Lessee has requested to the county to terminate the Lease entered into on November <br />2, 1993, and be terminated as of October 31, 2018, <br />That Lessee is requesting termination due to the sale of said private aircraft hangar <br />located on Lot H-36 of the Kittitas County Amended Binding Site Plan to Kenneth H. Lindsey <br />and Leslie H.
