Ecology 401 permit review including development of TESC and SWPPP . <br />TASK 5. 70 -Local Permits or Approvals <br />1. Local Permits or Exemptions <br />a. Coordinate with Kittitas County CDS on SEP A, Shorelines, and Critical Areas <br />requirements . <br />TASK 5.80 -Biology Support During Construction (OPTIONAL) <br />I. Support services during construction, including worksite isolation support, fish salvage <br />and removal, planting or site stabilization guidance up to 40 hours. This task is not <br />subject to Assumption 1 a. <br />Assumptions: <br />• Coordination with FHW A or WSDOT Local Programs will not be required. <br />• The Biological Assessment that will be prepared will be "Likely to Adversely Affect" for <br />Bull Trout and Steelhead, and will require formal consultation with both USFWS and <br />NMFS. <br />• The US Army Corps of Engineers will issue a CWA Section 404 NWP 14. No individual <br />permit will be required. <br />• Section 106 will be determined as "May Affect", and will require SHPO concurrence <br />• The Department of Ecology will issue a Letter of Verification for CWA Section 402. No <br />individual permit will be required. <br />• No wetlands will be impacted by the project. This Scope does not include wetland <br />delineations or reporting.
