Allowed only in existing residences.* 52. Any new Type 3 LAM I RD is required to be at least one-half mile from another Type 3 LAMIRD, and will permit only one business and/or businesses associated with the primary business in the new LAM I RD Type 3. Each manufactured home space shall have direct frontage on a public or private street. e. The minimum setbacks shall be consistent with the zoning classification they are located in. 59.
