c.UseoftheServicetoimpersonateanotherperson,sendbulkunsolicitedmessages,usedatamining <br />techniques, or other automated devices or programs to catalog, download, store, or otherwise <br />reproduce or distribute information from Ednetics or use any automated means to manipulate the <br />service; or <br />d.Use the Service for transmitting or receiving any communication or material of any kind which <br />would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise violate and applicable <br />local, state, national or international law or encourage conduct that would constitute a criminal <br />offense, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or <br />international law. <br />5.Right of Termination.Ednetics reserves the right to terminate the Service immediately and without <br />advance notice if Ednetics, in its sole discretion, believes that Customer has violated any of the above <br />restrictions. <br />6.Theft of Service.Customer may not use or obtain the Service in any manner that avoids Ednetics policies <br />and procedures, including an illegal or improper manner. Customer will notify Ednetics immediately in <br />writing if Customer believes the Service is stolen, used fraudulently, or otherwise being used in an <br />unauthorized manner. If Customer notifies Ednetics of one of these events, Customer must provide an <br />account number and a detailed description of the circumstances of the theft, fraudulent use, or <br />unauthorized use of the Service. <br />7.Revisions to this Acceptable Use Policy.Ednetics reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP <br />at any time in any manner. Any revision, amendment, or modification will be effective ten (10) days after <br />Ednetics publishes such revision, amendment, or modification. Your continued use of our Services after <br />such revision, amendment, or modification shall constitute your acceptance of the modifications to the <br />AUP. Therefore, it is important that you review this AUP from time to time. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO <br />CHECK EDNETICS PORTAL AT https://portal.ednetics.com REGULARLY, AS ALL OR ANY PART OF THIS AUP <br />MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
