°� ` KITTZTA6 COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS gTTITAS COUNTY TASK 3.32 — Geotechnical Reporting Hart Crowser will prepare a geotechnical report to document their findings and recommendations. The geotechnical report will address design and construction issues, including: • Site and boring location plan(s); • Description of subsurface soil, rock, and groundwater conditions; • Site preparation and earthwork recommendations; • Seismic hazards and WSDOT-based seismic design parameters; • Temporary and permanent abutment foundation alternatives, design recommendations, and stability; • Retaining wall alternatives and design parameters; and • Construction considerations. A draft report will be provided to the design team for review and comments. A final report will be prepared that addresses review comments from the design team. TASK 3.33 — Project Management and Meetings Hart Crowser will provide geotechnical project management and support services, including coordinating staff and subcontractors and conducting telephone consultations and email communications with the design team. Hart Crowser will attend up to one meeting at KPFF's office. TASK 3.40 — Construction Support The geotechnical engineer will provide support during construction to respond to RFFs or changes in field conditions. TASK 4 HYDRAULIC DESIGN Watershed Science & Engineering (WSE) will provide hydraulic engineering services for the Big Boulder Creek Bridge Replacement Project in Kittitas County, Washington. WSE will lead the hydraulic engineering portions of the project which will include completing the following tasks. TASK 4.10 — Data Collection and Review WSE will collect and review existing data and information needed to complete the hydraulic investigation. Data will include but not be limited to topographic maps including LiDAR data,
