Alternatives Analysis Memo (Draft and Final) <br />2. 30% Plan Set (Permit set. 3 sheets estimated. Layout, Elevation, Cross-section, <br />structural notes, Cost Estimate) <br />3. 75% Plan Set (6-8 sheets, updated cost estimate, GSP run -list, 30% comment <br />resolution) <br />4. 100% Draft Plans (6-8 sheets, updated cost estimate, PDF of GSP's or run -list and <br />PSE files, pending final review by county, 75% comment resolution and complete <br />PS&E) <br />5. 100% Stamped and Signed Plans (Contract Documents — bid ready) <br />6. Geotechnical report (Draft PDF and Final PDF + 3 hard copies) <br />7. One (1) NEPA CE and ECS Form <br />8. One (1) NHPA Section 106 Compliance Memo <br />9. One (1) Biological Assessment (Formal Consultation) <br />10. One (1) SEPA Checklist (Unless Exempt) <br />11. One (1) JARPA package for delivery to USACE, WDFW, and WDOE <br />12. Local Agency correspondence for each permit, approval, or exemption <br />PROJECT ASSUMPTIONS: <br />1. COUNTY to provide KPFF with the project survey base map. County will collect <br />additional data as necessary as requested by KPFF. Contours shall be in at least 2 <br />foot increments and shall preferably extend at least 200 feet to the north, south, east <br />and west of the proposed project limits to include all utilities, driveways, ditches, <br />ROW/property lines and other items which are reasonably likely to impact the bridge <br />layout and design. <br />2. COUNTY will provide Civil roadway and drainage design for the project. <br />3. KPFF to provide specifications related to the PS&E they develop (bridge portion <br />only). <br />4. New bridge is assumed to be designed for one 12 foot lane, and two 2 foot shoulders <br />and no sidewalks. <br />5. Bridge superstructure will have a 2% crown from the centerline of the roadway, or as <br />prescribed by COUNTY Civil roadway design. <br />6. There will be no drains on the bridge. <br />7. Bridge superstructure is assumed to be prefabricated and designed and supplied by <br />the Contractor during construction. <br />8. Load rating report will be provided by bridge superstructure supplier. <br />
