This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of <br />which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same <br />instrument. <br /> <br />12.13 Investment Representations. The Units have not been registered under the <br />Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Act of Washington or any other state securities laws <br />(collectively, the "Securities Acts").
