o No part of any appropriation contained in this Act shall be used to pay the salary or expenses of any grant or contract recipient, or agency acting for such recipient, related to any activity designed to influence legislation or appropriations pending before the Congress or any State legislature. o Where a conference is funded by a grant or cooperative agreement the recipient must include the following statement on all conference materials (including promotional materials, agenda, and internet sites): "Funding for this conference was made possible (in part) by Grant SP020155 and/or T1010056 from SAMHSA. The views expressed in written conference materials or publications and by speakers and moderators do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the Department of Health and Human Services; nor does mention of trade names, commercial practices, or organizations imply endorsement by the U.S. Government." o If federal funds are used by the Contractor to attend a meeting, conference, etc. and meal(s) are provided as part of the program, then the per diem applied to the Federal travel costs (M&IE allowance) must be reduced by the allotted meal cost(s). o Maintain records that identify, in its accounts, all federal awards received and expended and the federal programs under which they were received, by Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) title and number, award number and year, name of the federal agency, and name of the pass-through entity. o Maintain internal controls that provide reasonable assurance that the Contractor is managing federal awards in compliance with laws, regulations, and provisions of contracts or grant agreements that could have a material effect on each of its federal programs. o Prepare appropriate financial statements, including a schedule of expenditures of federal awards. o Comply with 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F audit requirements. Comply with the applicable requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, including any future amendments to 2 CFR Part 200, and any successor or replacement Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular or regulation. o Comply with the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968; Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973; Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; The Age Discrimination Act of 1975; and The Department of Justice Non-Discrimination Regulations at 28 CFR Part 42, Subparts C, D, E, and G, and 28 CFR Parts 35 and 39. (Go to www.ojp.usdoj.gov/ocr/ for additional information and access to the aforementioned Federal laws and regulations.) o If it is determined by KCPHD, or during the course of a required audit, that the Contractor has been paid unallowable costs under any applicable Program Agreement, KCPHD may require the Contractor to reimburse KCPHD in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200.
