C1800153 BETWEEN THE STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY AND KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH D EPARTMENT PROJECT TITLE: Kittitas County Pilot Metering Pr( gram PURPOSE: To amend the Agreement between the state of Washington, Department of Ecology, hereinafter referred to as "ECOLOGY," and Kittitas County Public Health Department, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY" or "CONTRACTOR." WHEREAS, Kittitas County has a special category of parcels that have a permitted domestic (non -Group A or municipal water system users) that are being included in this agreement as part of the metering pilot program, as established in ESSB 6091. Ecology has added additional clarification to this agreement to distinguish these permitted domestic parcels and the metering pilot project tasks. Ecology has added the additional category of parcels to the pilot project in order to provide an understanding of domestic water use issues in this area. WHEREAS, to better define meters that are being funded out of the metering pilot program and those funded out of other funds provided by Ecology, Task 1.2 and Task 1.3 are amended to include items A & B for tracking purposes. Total budget for task 1.2 and Task 1.3 remain the same, however the budget for each of these tasks have been split between item A & B of each task. IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED the Agreement is amended as follows: 1) The Scope of Work for Task 1.2 and Task 1.3 are amended to read as follows (new text is underlined): Task 1.2 The County will purchase Meters and Meter Registers a.
