** TERMINATION OF LEASE** <br />This Termination of Lease is made and dated this day of , 2018, by and <br />between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor, <br />and TERESA ANN SLOAN AND JAMES M. FOODE, hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor and Lessee entered into an Assignment of Lease on January 5, 2010, copies <br />of which are attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />That Lessee has requested to the county to terminate the Assignment of Lease entered <br />into on January 5, 2010, and be terminated as of October 1, 2018. <br />That Lessee is requesting termination due to the sale of said private aircraft hangar <br />located on Lot H-40 of the Kittitas County Amended Binding Site Plan to Blue Yonder Aviation, <br />LLC. <br />THEREFORE, both Lessee and Lessor hereby terminate the attached Assignment of <br />Lease of January 5, 2010, as of October 1, 2018, and Lessee terminates all interest in the <br />property, which is the subject matter of said lease. <br />LESSEE KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />;s M.
