K2284 <br />JULY 1, 2017 to JUNE 30, 2019 <br />INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE <br />AND <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AND ITS AGENT <br />THE KITTITAS COUNTY HORTICULTURAL PEST AND DISEASE BOARD <br />Contract number K2284, including any subsequent modifications thereto, between the <br />Washington State Department of Agriculture and Kittitas County and its agent, the Kittitas <br />County Horticultural Pest and Disease Board, is hereby amended under the provisions of the <br />Agreement Alterations and Amendments clause and by the mutual consent of all parties <br />hereto, as follows: <br />To add $10,000.00 to the total amount on Contract K2284. This additional funding may <br />be used to cover costs through June 30, 2018. <br />To add an additional $50,000 to the total amount on Contract K2284 to cover the Apple <br />Maggot prevention/control activities in the area of Kittitas County with the influx in <br />orchards in the county.
