Electronk ACRD files for obstruction data and contour map. <br />ELEMENT 3 AIRPORT DATA COLLECTION AND FACILITIES INVENTORIES <br />The data collection and inventory will document existing airfield facilities and conditions that affect the <br />operation and development of the airport. The inventory will utilize the previous Airport Master Plan <br />and the more recent Airfield Needs Assessment, a supplemental document, to validate the data <br />collection effort. <br />The ALIS survey identified in Element 2 will be used as a primary data Source for the facility inventory <br />and throughout the master plan project. <br />Recent state, federal and local documents will be reviewed. The Consultant will conduct Interviews with <br />airport tenants and users to help document recent trends. An assessment of existing County -owned <br />structures on the airfield will be performed to estimate remaining useful fife. Data from the recent <br />airfield construction projects, the most recent airfield pavement maintenance plan, and other Kittitas <br />County documents will also be reflected in the facility inventory. <br />The primary objective in the Inventory is to provide a current "snap shot" of existing conditions to <br />support subsequent analyses in the master plan update. In addition to documenting current conditions, <br />the updated inventory will provide a benchmark of change that has occurred since the last master plan <br />was completed. Examples of key indicators of change include: <br />A. Based Aircraft (changes in fleet mix and size) <br />B. Annual Operations <br />C. Hangar Inventory (square footage or number of spaces) <br />D. Annual Fuel Sales Volume (2012 -current) <br />E. Airport Tenants (number of active leases) <br />F. Significant Facility improvements <br />G. Roadway and utility improvements <br />K. Changes in Land Use and Land Use Planning (annexation, zoning, etc.) <br />Task 3.1- Evaluate Existing Documents <br />The Consultant will evaluate all existing documents from previous planning studies and airport records, <br />as provided by airport management, including data pertaining to based aircraft, historic aviation activity, <br />construction programs, and FAA or WSDOT Aviation grants.
