KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />September 4, 2018 <br />Request to Approve a Resolution to Authorize the Chair's <br />Signature on Century West's Master Plan Contract at <br />Bowers Field <br />BACKGROUND: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is authorizing <br />the release of an additional $3,883 for planning and project <br />closeout for Master Planning efforts at Bowers Field.. <br />These funds are remaining from the original grant and <br />acceptance of the money requires no additional action by <br />the FAA or project sponsor. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Authorize the Chair's ,signature amending Century West's <br />current Master Plan contract for Bowers Field increasing <br />the contract amount by $3,883. <br />HANDLING: Return two originals to Public Works to obtain signatures <br />by Century West Engineering. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Exhibit 1.: Resolution and contract amendment. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
