Grantee shall assume any and all obligation that may be necessary to include Grantee as a party <br />under the hereinabove referenced cause. Grantor shall cooperate with Grantee in executing any reasonably <br />necessary documents relative thereto. <br />Grantor specifically and expressly warrants that Grantor is the owner in fee simple of the land to <br />which the Water Rights are appurtenant and owns the Water Rights with full power and authority to convey <br />the Water Rights.
