Pursuant to RCW 39.34.040, this Agreement shall be posted on the Kittitas <br />County and City of Ellensburg public websites and/or filed with the County Auditor. <br />18. Financing. There shall be no budget maintained for any joint or cooperative undertaking <br />pursuant to this agreement. <br />19. Property. This interlocal agreement does not provide for the acquisition, holding or <br />disposal of real or personal property. <br />20. Joint Administration.
